Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) All product returns require a RMA number from us. Please indicate RMA# on the outside packaging of your return. Any package returned without the RMA# shown will be refused. RMA is good for 15 days; no restocking fee would be charged within that period. Any returns received after that will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund balance.
Requests for refund or exchange must be done within 14 days after customer receipt of merchandise. Exchange for a greater or equal value item is encouraged and usually expedite the process.
Returned items should be in new, unused condition with the manufacturer's packaging, including all hardware, accessories that were originally received. Any returned items found to be in less condition will be subject to the restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. Custom made items (Custom designed License Frames, License Plates, Sunshades, Snow shades, Car Covers, Chrome Trim Accessories, etc.) are special ordered and cannot be returned for refund.
Please allow 7-10 days to process the return once received. Exchanges will be shipped after the original item is returned and evaluated for acceptance.
The request and notice of suspected defects must be given within 5 days upon original delivery date. Suspected products need to be examined by Manufacturer Support Staff in order to authorize an exchange or repair.
